I'm a Configuration Specialist at Scotiabank with 4+ years managing end-to-end release lifecycles for RPA automations — owning CI/CD pipelines in Git and Azure DevOps, coordinating change management across 6-7 concurrent teams, and sustaining 99.5% uptime across 50+ production processes.
What I'm Building Toward
My day-to-day work is deployment pipelines, release governance, and incident resolution — the operational core of DevOps. To round out the cloud and automation side, I've earned the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification and built independent projects provisioning infrastructure with Terraform and deploying serverless applications on AWS. I'm currently deepening my skills in Docker and Kubernetes to round out a full DevOps toolchain.
Why This Matters
Release engineering taught me the discipline DevOps demands — rollback readiness, change governance, cross-team coordination under tight windows. I'm now pairing that discipline with cloud-native automation skills to move into a dedicated DevOps / Platform Engineering role.
